Do you come from an engineering / quality related production environment?

If so, we have an excellent opportunity in Sandwich for a Test & Inspection Technician to work for one of our clients who is a leading manufacturer. In this role you would be working on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Test & Inspection of new and customer returned products to the required specification.

• Report non-conformances.

• Test products using the ESS equipment & relevant procedures.

• Complete and file all related documentation in a timely manner.

• Complete continual review and updates of test documentation and Product Work Instructions.

• Report all deviation to the Product Engineering department for correction.

• Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience working within an engineering / quality related production environment.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.

• Skilled in the use of hand tools.

• Capable of articulating root cause of simple failures.

• Capable to identify acceptable build quality to FFF methodology.

• Identify and report continuous improvement opportunities within the department.

• Awareness and knowledge of the importance of ESD measures
