Location – Birchington, Kent

Salary: £11.44 Per Hour

Job Types: Temporary - Ongoing, Part - Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to work for one of our clients, who are a Commercial and Domestic cleaning facility based in Birchington. In this role you will be working part time, on a temporary - ongoing basis, Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas including sinks, corridors, kitchens, showers, and toilets
• Will be required to use cleaning equipment such as an industrial floor cleaner, therefore there will be an element of heavy lifting
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Report any damages or risks to supervisors, adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Skills and Experience:

• Physical endurance to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy trays or equipment, and perform repetitive tasks associated with food preparation and service
• Good attention to detail

• Experience in the use of an industrial floor cleaner is preferred
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Must have good time management and organisational skills

Requirements

• Must have previous experience within the cleaning industry.
• You must be able to commit to working afternoons and available to start work immediately.
• You must be able to reliably commute (access to your own transport is preferred due to the location of the role).
