Job Description

Are you proficient in Microsoft Office tools – particularly Outlook, Word and Excel?

Are you a good typist, preferably with a typing speed of over 60 words per minute?

 

Administrator

Location - Sandwich

Full-Time Permanent

Salary – £25,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE

Hours – Monday - Friday

Our client’s diverse services include worldwide asset tracing (including crypto tracing), intelligence gathering, enhanced due diligence, fraud investigations, and digital forensics. Our client’s commitment lies in delivering quality service with rapid response times.

This presents an exceptional opportunity for an incoming Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the Group business vision in building success. 

Key Objectives for the Role of Administrator 

  • Booking in jobs using our case management system.
  • Liaising with clients to understand their instructions and update them on a job’s progress.
  • Liaising with agents to ensure assignments are completed on time, meet the client’s needs, and follow the rules of service.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing formal reports and statements.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Responding to enquiries.

Specifications for the Role of Administrator 

  • Must have a proven experience in a similar role
  • Must be a strong and clear communicator
  • Ideal candidate will have a professional attitude to the workplace setting
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Confident and able to manage multiple clients and external agents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A good typist, preferably with a typing speed of over 60 words per minute with very few mistakes
  • Confident in learning and working with new software packages
  • Flexible, able to adapt quickly to new/changing instructions, and prepared to work outside of standard office hours when required to meet clients’ needs
