Customer Support Executive

Location - Ramsgate 

Permanent, Full Time 

Hours - 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday, Friday 8am - 3.30pm

Salary - Up to £27,000


Morgan Jones are currently recruiting for Europe's leading independent overhaul and repair facility. Renowned in the aerospace industry, they provide a broad range of services to international and regional airlines, helicopter operators, and airframe manufacturers. Operating from three UK sites, they offer specialist services for over 5,000 components across various aircraft systems, including aircraft windings, electrical power, hydraulic components, landing gear, and safety equipment.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Address and resolve customer queries promptly, including account inquiries and warranty issues
  • Schedule orders and quote units for dedicated customer accounts. Work closely with the Commercial Manager to address any prioritisation issues with the wider Ramsgate Customer Support Team
  • Act as a liaison between workshops and customers to resolve any technical issues efficiently
  • Supply necessary information regarding On-Time Delivery (OTD) scores on a weekly basis
  • Ensure the gross margin is maintained for assigned customer account
  • Provide regular status reports for customer accounts that require them
  • Create work orders for customers as needed
