- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 12:00
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Agent to join our client in Margate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and maintaining our client’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
