Commercial Property Associate Director 

Location – East London (Hybrid role)

Salary – In the region of £60,000 Plus Commission and Benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity in London for a Commercial Property Associate Director  to work for one of our clients who is a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy firm based in East London but advising throughout the UK.

 

Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

 

Responsibilities for the role of Commercial Property Associate Director 

 

  • Be actively involved in all aspects of property management including service charges, landlord & tenant, health and safety and day-to-day property management regularly
  • You will need to make regular inspections of the properties
  • You will manage a mixed portfolio based all over London and across the UK with a view to growing client base and profitability
  • Overseeing and being accountable for the maintenance of the properties via third-party contractors ensuring that works are carried out in a cost-effective manner and to a professional standard of workmanship
  • You will be liaising with the accounts team on service charges and rent invoicing, end-of-year reconciliation and financial queries

 

Skills and Experience required for the role of Commercial Property Associate Director

 

  • Minimum of four years of experience in commercial property management. RICS qualifications would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
  • The ability to work with a minimum of supervision is essential
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills are required
  • Good working knowledge of the usual office IT systems (outlook/word/excel) is important
  • Preferably Full UK Driving Licence
