Sales Office Administrator
Location - Ramsgate
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm (30 minutes lunch)

Our client, an established relocation and removals company based in East Kent, is looking for an experience sales office administrator to support the team.
A day in the life of the Sales Office Administrator
- Handling initial sales enquiries and booking appointments for estimators
- Calling potential clients and converting appointments into a confirmed move
- Liaising with estimators to achieve targets
- Assisting with the co-ordination of the move from enquiry through to completion
- Generating quotations, confirmations, work sheets and invoices, filing and general administrative duties
- Liaising directly with clients throughout the removals process, giving advice, reassurance, updates and any aftercare as necessary
- Organising removal crews and vehicles (in a sometimes fast paced changing environment)
Person specification for the role of the Sales Office Administrator
- Ideally, will have previous experience within removals, relocation, shipping or transport would be an advantage
- Proficient using Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook) and experience using MoveMan (software) an advantage
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and customer service skills are essential
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Sales experience with the desire to generate business would be a required skill
- Will have a hands-on approach, a good sense of humour and the confidence to work on own initiative
