Job Title: Property Manager | High-End Sales and Lettings Agents | Whitstable

Location: Whitstable
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm (Every other Saturday with a day off in lieu)
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our client's close-knit team. You'll be managing a select portfolio of 120 properties, working alongside two experienced professionals. This role emphasises quality over quantity, ensuring clients and tenants receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 120 high-end properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Manage repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties meet current legal standards, including health and safety regulations.
  • Rent Collection & Financial Management: Oversee rent collection, manage arrears, and provide financial reports to landlords.

  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or lettings management is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing properties and handling paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software and up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation.
