We’re hiring a passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dedicated team at a well-established school to work as a valuable team member delivering solid service with a variable menu.

Day in the Life of the Chef De Partie

• Deliver a daily food service to high standards
• Work as a team to deliver and follow all safe working standards
• Help manage inventory and kitchen purchasing needs
• Ensure daily logs and schedules are adhered to
• Always operate to hygiene standards
• Ensure services are delivered as smoothly as possible
• Prepare of End of day procedure

What we’re looking for in a Chef De Partie

• A proven track record as a Chef De Partie, ideally with experience in school catering or a similar environment
• Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your section in a team of 10-11 chefs
• Local candidates are preferred, but all applications will be considered
• We’re seeking a Chef De Partie who is confident in their cooking skills and doesn’t require assistance with recipes
• You will need to bring your experience and expertise to the table
• Able to work within a team and value others’ opinions and inputs
