Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Location: Sandwich, Kent (Full-Time Onsite)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 12 Months (PAYE)
Salary: £13.94 - £17.93 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Global Correspondence Management: Handle the global mailbox and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Document Management: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry in GMP and non-GMP systems, including SharePoint and scheduling systems.
- Stock Management: Track material usage and inventory levels to ensure precise stock management.
- Packaging Support: Assist with internal packaging operations, including labelling and shipment preparation.
- Quality Control: QC checking of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Issue Escalation: Promptly and effectively escalate any issues.
- Reporting: Generate and compile reports, documents, and departmental metrics.
- Process Automation: Utilise Microsoft Power Apps for workflow automation and process improvements.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure timely updates and reconcile inventory system reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Accuracy & Speed: Proven ability to work with high accuracy in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Document Management: Experience with electronic document management systems like Outlook, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Initiative: High level of autonomy and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated environment or familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Familiarity with IT systems for material management or manufacturing operations.
