Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Sittingbourne (1 day per week home working after probation)
Salary: Up to £35K (Dependent on Experience)

They’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate their brand across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Trade Press and Editorials:
- Develop strong relationships with trade publications and industry editors.
- Write and distribute compelling press releases and articles.
- Manage advertising contracts to maximise brand exposure.
HubSpot Marketing Campaigns:
- Create and manage impactful email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Use performance data to refine and improve campaign results.
- Design lead-generating landing pages, forms, and workflows.
LinkedIn Marketing:
- Craft and execute LinkedIn strategies to position the brand as a leader.
- Run campaigns to boost engagement and optimise the LinkedIn profile.
- Analyse performance metrics to enhance strategy effectiveness.
Copywriting:
- Write engaging copy for social media, product descriptions, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and adheres to SEO best practices.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Gather product information and support marketing needs across teams.
Organisation:
- Manage marketing timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative Vision: A storyteller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for interiors.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HubSpot and experience managing successful email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to use data to inform and enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborative Spirit: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- B2B Experience: Preferred but not essential.
