Sales Support Executive – Full Time | Established Employer | Dover, Kent

Location: Dover, Kent
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:00pm

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join a prominent company in the transport services industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Re-engage clients who have paused their usage to increase volume.
  • Client Maximisation: Foster relationships with existing clients through proactive communication.
  • Upselling: Promote additional products.
  • Client Representation: Ensure every client interaction reflects positively on the company.
  • Price Negotiation: Negotiate terms to benefit both the client and the company.
  • Fuel Portal Promotion: Encourage clients to use and register on the Portal.
  • Query Management: Respond to and resolve client queries and requests efficiently.
  • Business Development: Obtain referrals and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
