Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional with a strong background in managing multi-site environments? We’re recruiting for an Interim Health and Safety Manager on behalf of an esteemed educational institution, offering an exciting opportunity to oversee critical safety initiatives across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all Health and Safety matters across the organisation's multi-site locations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations.
• Provide expert guidance on public sector statutory duties regarding Health and Safety.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Health and Safety policies in collaboration with senior management.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are properly executed.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager, ideally within an educational or public sector setting.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-site operations and HSE compliance.
• Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across multiple projects.
