Customer Service Executive
Location: South Darenth, Kent
Salary: £27K
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Are you a proactive, driven individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic team in South Darenth, Kent.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for a select group of clients. Your key responsibility will be to provide technical and systems support, both to the Customer Service team and UK Fleet Contracts, ensuring smooth delivery of services across the board. You’ll liaise with customers and third parties, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class admin, technical, and systems support to the Customer Service team.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and orders professionally and efficiently.
- Be the go-to person for a discreet group of customers, building strong relationships across the board.
- Support the delivery of UK fleet contracts, including processing orders, handling customer queries, and coordinating vehicle fittings.
- Maintain and update core systems (Navision and CRM) ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Solve problems proactively and manage customer expectations throughout.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong systems capabilities with a desire to explore and understand technical products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a strong focus on customer care.
- Flexibility to occasionally work beyond standard business hours when needed.
