Job Title: Curriculum Admin Assistant
Location: Bromley, London
Salary: £25,265 - £30,023 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Temporary
About the Role:
Our client, a leading education provider, is seeking an organised and proactive Curriculum Admin Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be the essential link for both students and staff, delivering high-quality administrative support across various curriculum areas on campus. From handling student records to supporting recruitment events, your role will be dynamic, varied, and instrumental in creating a positive campus experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
- Process, manage, and update student data accurately across college systems.
- Support student attendance and absence follow-ups, ensuring consistent communication with students.
- Handle general office duties: managing phone inquiries, organising mail, processing print and stationery requests, and filing.
- Provide administrative support for academic reports, student references, and the disciplinary process.
- Assist with college recruitment events and open days, including the major enrolment event in August.
- Coordinate exam communications, including letters, emails, and SMS notifications.
- Actively participate in developing new processes to improve service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 3 qualification or equivalent; administrative qualification (preferred).
- Experience: Proven office environment experience, particularly in customer service and database management. Education sector experience is desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, strong team collaboration skills, and a commitment to equal opportunities and health and safety policies.
