Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Salary: £25,235 per annum
Hours: 40hrs per week
Location: Broadstairs, Kent
About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The role involves coordinating engineers, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 30 mins unpaid lunch). Flexibility offered.

Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Coordinate engineers’ schedules, taking into account logistics, health and safety, and work hour limits.
- Job Planning: Ensure all requirements for each site are met, including materials, permits, and tools.
- Client Communication: Keep customers informed of updates, delays, or changes in schedules.
- Stock Management: Monitor van inventories to ensure engineers are equipped for future tasks.
- Problem Solving: Resolve technical or scheduling challenges, collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Reporting: Support the management team with data for overtime, material costs, and performance metrics.
Your Skills and Attributes
- Organisation: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Communication: Professional and confident in liaising with both customers and team members.
- Problem-solving: Adaptable and resourceful when faced with challenges.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with online systems (testing at interview).
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with scheduling or ordering systems.
