Customer Service Coordinator

Ramsgate

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Salary: £12.50 – £13 per hour DOE

Contract: 12-month FTC, possibility to go permanent

 

Do you have previous experience working in an customer service or administration role?

 

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Ramsgate, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team.

  

The role will be paying a competitive salary and is working a 37.5 hr week.

 

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will …

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Resolve customer queries as they arise
    • Facilitate the resolution of Technical Issues
    • Maintain Gross Margin for assigned customer accounts
    • Communicate Customer Status reports

 

Person Specification of the Customer Service Coordinator:

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Highly numerate and literate with excellent analytical skills
    • Previous experience in a similar environment
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
