Duties and Responsibilities for the role of Chef

• Deliver daily kitchen service and food standards
• Work as a team to deliver and follow all safe working standards
• Help manage inventory and kitchen purchasing needs
• Ensure daily logs and schedules are adhered to
• Operate to hygiene standards at all times
• Ensure services are delivered as smoothly as possible
• Prepare of End of day procedure

Personal Specification for the role of Chef

• Must have 2 years of experience in a Chef role previously
• Must be able to operate and flourish under fast-paced scenarios
• It is essential that the candidate has strong communication skills
• Ability to coach and teach others would be highly desirable
