Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Sandwich, Kent
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights – 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am

Important: You must have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to shift patterns and site location.

Position Overview:

This role involves preparing finished goods for shipment – including packing, wrapping, and labelling – as well as ensuring the production line is stocked with necessary raw materials.

Key Duties:

• Carry out hands-on production tasks, including lifting (up to 25kg), packaging, taping, and labelling.
• Operate a forklift to transport goods around the premises.
• Flag any issues with materials or quality to the Shift Supervisor.
• Accurately fill out and manage packing documentation.
• Keep the work area organised and ensure machinery and tools are clean.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Take on additional responsibilities when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift licence is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the job.
