The Role:

Reporting to the Development Manager or Section Head, you will plan and carry out lab work to progress new products and processes aligned to business strategy. Key duties include analysing results, proposing solutions, maintaining high lab standards, and mentoring colleagues. Collaboration with R&D, Production, QA, and suppliers is essential.

About You:

You’ll have a degree in Chemistry or related science, be self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work well in a team. Analytical thinking and good communication skills are essential. Previous R&D or lab experience is a bonus but not essential if you can demonstrate enthusiasm and a clear understanding of chemistry.
