Lecturer in Digital – Computer Programming Specialism

Salary: Up to £32,199 DOE + Benefits

Location: Worksop

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The role:

 

  • As Lecturer in Digital, you will deliver engaging and innovative lessons across a range of computing qualifications, primarily focused on computer programming. You'll work closely with Curriculum Team Leaders and fellow educators to provide a rich, industry-informed curriculum that prepares learners for real-world success.

 

Key duties:

 

  • Deliver high-quality, blended learning sessions in digital and computing
  • Inspire learners with current industry knowledge and teaching excellence
  • Contribute to curriculum development and collaborative planning
  • Engage with the local industry to create exciting learning opportunities
  • Support learners from Level 2 to HE, both in person and online

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Relevant industry experience in digital/computing fields
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or willingness to obtain)
  • A professional/vocational qualification in Computing
  • Experience in delivering digital courses to a range of levels
  • An inclusive, enthusiastic, and collaborative teaching style
