Accounts Administrator
Sandwich
£34,000 per annum full-time (pro rata if part-time)

Join a well-established professional services firm in Sandwich as an Accounts Administrator. This permanent role offers flexibility with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and part-time options available.
You’ll be supporting the Partners and wider team with a range of financial and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing monthly financial accounts
- Providing details to Financial Accountants
- Updating company policies and procedures
- Renewing company accreditations
- Performing delegated tasks from the Partners
Additional duties under Partner supervision:
- Invoicing, purchase orders, expenses, and payments
- Monthly bookkeeping
- Supporting marketing and tenders
- Assisting with HR tasks
- Addressing health & safety matters
- General office support
Candidate requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrates confidentiality
