Accounts Administrator
Sandwich

£34,000 per annum full-time (pro rata if part-time)

Join a well-established professional services firm in Sandwich as an Accounts Administrator. This permanent role offers flexibility with full-time hours (37.5 per week) and part-time options available.

 

You’ll be supporting the Partners and wider team with a range of financial and administrative duties, contributing to the smooth running of the business.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Completing monthly financial accounts
  • Providing details to Financial Accountants
  • Updating company policies and procedures
  • Renewing company accreditations
  • Performing delegated tasks from the Partners

 

Additional duties under Partner supervision:

 

  • Invoicing, purchase orders, expenses, and payments
  • Monthly bookkeeping
  • Supporting marketing and tenders
  • Assisting with HR tasks
  • Addressing health & safety matters
  • General office support

 

Candidate requirements:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrates confidentiality
