Assembly Operative

Location – Hythe, Kent

Salary – £12.80 per hour (with overtime available)

Permanent role

We have an excellent opportunity in Hythe for an Assembly Operative to work for one of our clients. In this role, you will be working full-time.

The core hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday with overtime often available on Fridays.

Due to the remote location of our client, you must have access to your own transport.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the various stages of the production line to assemble our clients’ products
• Packing and palletising the finished products
• Quality inspections
• A physical role where you will be standing for most of the day
• Keep workspace clean and tidy
• Report any issues to your supervisor
• Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience

• Experience using power toolsis desirable
• Must drive due to remote location
• A good level of physical fitness
• Be able to follow instruction
