Are you an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer or NPI Engineer who enjoys improving manufacturing processes, solving production problems and working between design and manufacturing?

This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering business designing advanced electro-optical technology used around the world. Rather than sitting purely in design or on the production line, you'll be the engineer who makes sure new products can actually be manufactured efficiently, consistently and to the highest quality.

What you'll be doing

You'll become the bridge between Design Engineering and Manufacturing, helping introduce new products into production while continuously improving existing manufacturing processes.

Your work will include:

• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Developing manufacturing processes and assembly methods
• Designing production tooling, jigs and fixtures
• Investigating manufacturing issues and identifying root causes
• Producing work instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Supporting Design for Manufacture (DFM)
• Driving continuous improvement projects across production
• Working closely with Design, Quality and Manufacturing teams

• Electronics Manufacturing Engineer
• Production Engineer
• Manufacturing Engineer
• NPI Engineer
• Process Engineer
• Industrialisation Engineer

You'll ideally have

• Electronics manufacturing experience
• Experience supporting NPI
• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience creating manufacturing documentation
• Continuous improvement experience

Security Clearance eligibility is essential.
