Housebuilder Account Executive
Midlands/North - Remote
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
Our client is a well-established and growing business within the construction products sector, supplying high-quality solutions to the residential and housebuilding market. They are now seeking a commercially focused Housebuilder Account Executive to strengthen key customer relationships and drive sales growth across the Midlands and North regions.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop existing accounts, identify new business opportunities and influence project specifications from an early stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing relationships with housebuilders, developers, designers and specification teams.
- Promoting premium hard landscaping and facing brick product ranges.
- Engaging with stakeholders during project design stages to secure specifications.
- Generating new business opportunities within residential construction and high-end development markets.
- Managing projects through to completion and securing orders.
- Increasing sales revenue, volume and margin in line with business objectives.
- Identifying market trends and opportunities through research and industry insight.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong knowledge of the UK housebuilding, construction products or hard landscaping sector.
- A proven track record in sales, account management or specification selling.
- The ability to read and interpret construction, landscaping or site drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and delivering commercial results.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Barbour ABI or similar project-tracking platforms.
- A proactive, resilient and target-driven approach.
