Our client is seeking an experienced operator to run, maintain, and monitor printing presses, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with safety standards in a busy commercial printing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor B1 litho press
• Prepare plates, inks, and substrates for each job
• Adjust colour, registration, and print quality to spec
• Inspect sheets and perform colour matching
• Identify and correct printing faults promptly
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance
• Report technical issues to engineering teams
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience operating offset litho presses
• Understanding of colour theory and press controls
• Ability to diagnose and resolve print issues quickly
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Manual handling capability
