Maintenance Consultant
Location: Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Maintenance Consultant with a strong background in green spaces and grounds services?

 

Our client is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead a full-scale review of their existing maintenance contract and provide expert analysis on future service delivery options.

You'll work with key stakeholders, conduct benchmarking and cost analysis, and produce high-level recommendations that inform executive decisions.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Conducting a detailed review of the current green spaces and grounds maintenance contract
  • Performing soft benchmarking of current FM service delivery
  • Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of the existing delivery model
  • Identifying and analysing alternative delivery models
  • Producing a clear rationale and strategic recommendation for future service delivery

 

Deliverables required by July 31st 2025:

 

  • Comprehensive review of the current contract
  • Analytical report outlining future delivery options
  • Full financial analysis including savings, pressures and cost estimates

What we're looking for:

 

  • Proven consultancy experience in green spaces and grounds maintenance or related FM sectors
  • Strong understanding of service delivery contracts and maintenance frameworks
  • Outstanding analytical, financial and strategic reporting skills
  • Due to site visits, own car and a current valid driving licence are essential
  • Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and influencing decisions
