PPC Manager

Location: Minster, Ramsgate (hybrid considered)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a PPC strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
  • Audit and optimise accounts to boost ROAS, CPA, and CTR
  • Manage significant advertising budgets for maximum return
  • Mentor and manage one team member, fostering growth
  • Explore and test new ad channels and formats
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and content teams
  • Produce detailed performance reports for stakeholders
  • Use analytics tools to forecast and inform strategy

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3 years managing large-scale PPC campaigns in e-commerce
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads
  • Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience mentoring at least one team member
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
