Production Line Supervisor

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Overview:
Our client is launching a new tabletop production line and we're looking for a hands-on, proactive Production Line Supervisor to lead the team of new operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting phase of growth, working with new machinery and helping shape the future of our production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the new tabletop production line, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and support a team of production operatives, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Operate and maintain machinery used for laminating and cutting MDF.
• Monitor production output and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
• Ensure health & safety standards are upheld across the production area.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement process improvements and meet production targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with tabletop production processes, particularly laminating and cutting MDF.
• Comfortable working with new machinery and adapting to evolving production methods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
