The Role:

You’ll train alongside experienced fabricators, learning every stage of the aluminium window and door production process. From reading technical drawings to using fabrication machinery, you’ll gain hands-on skills and become a key part of the team.

Key Duties:

• Shadow skilled fabricators until fully trained
• Learn fabrication techniques and supplier standards
• Read and apply technical diagrams
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation
• Follow health & safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Manual role with a lot of physically demanding aspects involved
• Previous factory experience helpful but not essential
