Warehouse Operative

Location: Manston, Kent
Contract: Initial 6‑month contract (potential to extend)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £12.71 Per Hour
Start: ASAP

About the Role:
Our Client is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join their growing team in Manston. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Working as part of a close‑knit team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role where you will be on your feet throughout the day, contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare stock and materials for daily operations
• Assist with light production tasks such as basic preparation work
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Follow all packing procedures and quality control checks
• Support the team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

About You:

• Hard‑working with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an active role
• No previous warehouse experience required – full training provided
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport is essential
