Our client is expanding their Customer Service Department and looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Based in Sandwich

£19k starting salary

We are recruiting for an emerging Green Energy supplier, who are on the hunt for a number of Customer Support Advisors to join their growing team after having their first very successful year in business.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints via telephone, email and live chat – going the extra mile for customers to really understand their needs.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you’ll ensure that all queries and complaints are logged and dealt with in line with procedures and SLA’s.

This role will require excellent investigation skills, along with good administration and a strong customer focus.

Our clients Expectations:

  • A level qualifications or Degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a complaints role, preferably within the utility sector
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel along with some familiarity with billing systems
  • Call Centre experience is a distinct advantage but not essential

You will need to be available work on Saturdays 9am-12.45pm, on a rota basis.
