Marketing Project Coordinator – 6 Month Contract

Location:                     Negotiable Location

Hours:                         21 hours

Salary:                         £31,827 per annum (pro rata)

London Allowance:      £4,410 per annum (pro rata)


We have a fantastic opportunity for an Organisational Development Consultant to join our client, a leading not-for profit organisation in the healthcare sector.

The marketing team communicates the value of membership within the nursing community. Driven by business intelligence, research and local insights, we are able to understand the pressures and variations in member trends in each area of the UK.


The team’s activities aim to combat these challenges, improving the recruitment and retention of members throughout the UK and deliver new commercial products and services.


The Project Coordinator works as part of the marketing team to support marketing, engagement, and professional activity for Nursing Support Workers. By developing and delivering marketing activities in accordance with organisational strategies and priorities, enabling improved recruitment and retention of this membership group.


Main duties and responsibilities

·        Maintain excellent working relationships with the Professional Lead and Senior Marketing Executive and other key stakeholders, ensuring that day to day business runs smoothly.

·        Act as the key point of contact for all enquiries relating to work streams within your portfolio.

·        Work proactively with the departments who may be impacted on or are involved in work streams or projects within your portfolio. For example, events, communications, and governance.

·        Act as the project manager for projects approved to be undertaken by the Professional Lead and Senior Marketing Executive.

·        Work to support marketing plans developed by the Senior Marketing Executive.

·        Support the awareness event, with supervision from the Senior Marketing Executive.

·        Liaise with Communications Directorate colleagues to create and produce

·        artwork for print and digital channels, delivered within timescales.

·        Produce and manage marketing content and adverts for a range of print and digital channels, including email, social media, the website and intranet.

·        Provide administrative support to the Professional Lead and Senior Marketing Executive, organising cross-functional groups, including arranging meetings (including preparation of agendas, taking minutes and distributing within defined timescales).

·        Collate data and produce insightful post activity performance reports.
