If so, our client based in Whitstable, an established, forward-thinking client in the Construction industry are currently looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.


You will be working Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm, with an annual salary of £16,000 - £20,000 DOE.


As the Accounts Assistant, you will…


  • Provide administration support to the Office Manager and site teams with the running of several large projects.
  • Assist Head Office with document control for several projects.
  • Carry out administration duties, book meetings, update the shared diary, take minutes of meetings, filing, answer telephone and email enquiries
  • Be responsible for reception duties, general housekeeping and office duties.


Person Specification:


  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Confident in all Microsoft packages
  • Good communication skills
