Our client, a leading Manufacturing organisation, is looking for an experienced receptionist to work at their Milton Keynes office. 

This is a 6-month contract which may be extended to 12 months, working Mon - Fri from 7am - 2.30pm. Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so the successful candidate must be immediately available.
Strong receptionist/front of house experience is essential for this role. Manufacturing background would also be an advantage.
Receptionist key requirements: 
  • Strong communicator
  • Professional phone and greeting manner
  • Comfortable with liaising with external suppliers (such as external caterers, contractors etc.)
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook functions, particularly Calendar

Training in site systems will be provided but the successful individual must have the confidence to get started straight away, to find answers when needed and making themselves known around site.
