12 Month initial contract
Mon - Fri (37.5hrs between 8am-5pm)
We are currently on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to join our client, a leading Industrial Gas Manufacturer and Supplier.

Working exclusively in our client's helium division, you'll be responsible for order-taking as well as effectively scheduling both MRI and non MRI sales orders.

Knowledge of SAP is preferred, along with excellent organisation skills. 
Duties will include:
  • Liquid Helium order taking and scheduling for both MRI and Non-MRI
  • SAP - Sales and Delivery, Service Module, Requisitioner
  • Customer Reporting / Sale Reports
  • Purchasing – AP Direct Buyer,  Requisitions
  • General Administrative Duties
  • Prioritising, planning and scheduling of deliveries
  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong PC skills – Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK would be an advantage
