Based in Crewe 
M-F, 37.5 hours per week (excl. breaks)
12 months contract 
£9 per hour
 
Our client, a leading provider of industrial gases based in Crewe, is currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Operative to work from their service centre. 
 
Your role will be to handle inbound interactions from customers with a range of queries, ensuring first point resolution and responding in a friendly and timely manner.

Duties will be to:
 
- Maintain and apply knowledge of relevant products to respond to queries from customers within a defined timescale.
- Use all customer contacts as an opportunity to identify customer needs.
- Take personal responsibility  to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve issues. 
- Provide support while being accountable for your own performance.
- Timely and accurate administration work, including recording of full notes on all systems.
 
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience in an inbound customer service role.
  • Strong and clear communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office (SAP experience desirable).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • GCSE Maths, English and Science at minimum grade C.
