Portfolio Account Manager

Kings Hill

£19,000 p.a

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Portfolio Account Manager to join a successful business based in Kings Hill.

Our client is a market leader, providing top conveyancing searches to over 2,500 legal clients every year.

Their portfolio service is one of the fastest growing areas of the business, and they are now seeking 2 new Account Managers to help continue its success.

Portfolio Account Manager duties:

  • Managing each portfolio project from quotation through to completion
  • Undertaking a full consultation with customers to ensure requirements are delivered
  • Tracking leads and proactively pursuing new revenues
  • Upselling and promoting higher net revenue searches
  • Ensuring all SLAs are met
  • Building relationships with key accounts
Portfolio Account Manager Requirements:
 
  • Interest in B2B sales/Account Management is essential
  • Experience in Sales/Account Management would be an advantage
  • Confident manner able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
