Facilities and Contracts Manager
Part Time (3 days per week)
£20k - £25k FTE

One of the largest Law Firms in South East Kent is looking for an experienced Facilities and Contracts Manager to join them.

This is a highly practical role which will include Facilities Management/Maintenance, Contract Negotiation and Health and Safety.

Working 3 days a week, you must be able to travel to all four Kent offices and have the flexibility to undertake office moves etc.

Facilities and Contracts Manager duties:

  • Planning allocation of resources for all offices and carrying out minor maintenance work
  • Organising office moves and managing building projects (refurbishments and maintenance work)
  • Acting as Health and Safety Officer, ensuring all offices meet Health and Safety Requirements
  • Managing existing contracts and negotiating renewals/new contracts for Cleaning, Alarms, Utilities, Confidential Waste etc

Facilities and Contracts Manager Requirements:

  • A relevant health and safety qualification, gained within the last five years
  • Clean driving licence essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, together with good IT skills
  • Experience managing existing and new contracts with service providers
  • Physically fit and a proficient DIYer, capable of dealing with minor maintenance issues
