Events Admin Assistant
£18,000 p.a

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events Admin Assistant to join our established client. 

If you are a superb Administrator, with great organisation and communication skills, this may be the role for you.

Our client specialises in supporting not-for profit organisations, providing all administrative functions for events and conferences.

They are an innovative and truly unique business, now seeking a new team member to ensure all events are organised and delivered successfully.

Events Admin Assistant duties:

  • Coordinating the event registration process
  • Providing stakeholders with regular updates on events registrations
  • Producing visa letters and other supporting documents
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Setting up supporting website pages for events
  • Attending international events (as required) to support event activities
  • Sourcing, ordering and shipping of promotional materials
Events Admin Assistant requirements:
  • Previous Administrative and Office experience with strong IT skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, with a positive approach who will seek solutions
  • Team player with the ability to work within a small team

*Standard hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm working 37.5 hours per week. The role will involve occasional business travel which will require a flexible approach to the hours worked during this time*
