Are you an experienced Property Purchase Ledger Clerk looking to work for an established and expanding firm in London?

Do you have previous experience using TRAMPS software?

Do you have a strong background working in property?

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to work within one of our award-winning clients looking to expand their finance team with a Property Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The role is offering a competitive salary of 25-30K

The role will be supporting the finance team and processing the payments runs, coding, checking and inputting invoices onto the TRAMPS system. Working with the property managers to assist where required. Ensuring supplier details are correct and any changes are altered on the system.

Therefore, the following skills and experience is required of the new Property Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk working within the property sector
  • Experience of using TRAMPS software would be highly advantageous
