37.5 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join a well-established team providing support for industrial clients.

Within this role there is the chance for continued training and development as the company prides itself on providing outstanding levels of customer care.

Shifts for this role will be either 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm. One in three Saturday will be included with the following Wednesday taken off in return.


The Customer Services Representative responsibilities include:

Providing support for account and product queries from customers

Develop expertise that helps to drive customer retention

A focus on safety – the company has a ‘Total Safety Philosophy’

Provide internal feedback that will help to drive process changes

Manage all administrative tasks via an online system


You will need to passionate about providing excellent customer care in this role. Our client is looking for someone with the following attributes:


Skills: The ability to deal with customers in a friendly, consistent manner and to guide them through any issues they have. Working in a team, you’ll need to be comfortable with providing feedback and working with others as well as be computer literate.

Experience: You will need GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in both Maths and English. Customer service experience is also required.

Characteristics: It will take a friendly, confident and organised person to be successful in this role.
